Important Information Before Ordering

  • All custom pieces are handmade and take 20-30 days to create before they are shipped, regardless of the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
  • Providing your name already translated for us will ensure a much quicker creation time. You can use an Arabic keyboard here, and an Urdu keyboard here to copy/paste your exact spelling.
  • If you do not know the spelling, we will send you an email to confirm the spelling of your piece only if you did not already provide it in the requested language for us. We do not wait for confirmation to begin your piece, but please be sure to check your email (including your spam mail) so that you can make any adjustments as quickly as possible, to avoid any delays on your piece.
  • Partial shipments are available by checking the box in the cart drawer for customers in the US. This means that the non-custom items in your order will ship out separately before your custom piece finishes, if you would like to do so, at no charge to you.
  • Any changes made to the necklace after already confirming the spelling could cause a delay or cause us to start over.
  • Make sure to double-check your order for length, color, and spelling before you place the order, and you'll run into no delays with your piece!

        Pretty but painful

        I really love the bracelet and I love how the font looks. But the bottom edges of the bracelet are like razor sharp, which is not good on thin skin like the wrist. I keep get scratches and I’m like “whatever it’ll heal” but when putting on jackets and stuff, it started causing big cuts. So now I have it in at its tightest so it can’t move it all. Lowers the risk of cuts but when they happen, it’s pretty bad. I’m just glad to be able to have something with the Bangla spelling of my name.

        Hey Irfane! I am so sorry to hear you didn't love the color. I know gold comes in so many different shades, and with our 18K gold plating, it might be a different preference from what you prefer. We do offer a few other color options (silver and rose gold) in a lot of our pieces, so I hope you find something you love in the future. Thanks for the feedback!
