We hate surprise fees. For that reason, we try to be as transparent as possible with our customers.

For all international customers, duties and taxes are their responsibility. We do offer a premium shipping service where we pay all duties and taxes for you. Refused packages will be refunded, but will not include shipping cost, and custom pieces cannot be refunded.
