1. This piece is handmade and takes 15-25 days to create before it ships.

2. Providing your name already translated for us can help speed up creation time. (Use a multi-language keyboard here).

3. If you do not know the spelling, we will send you an email to confirm the spelling only if you did not already provide it in the requested language for us. We do not wait for confirmation to begin your piece, so please be sure to check your email (including your spam mail) so that you can make any adjustments as quickly as possible, to avoid any delays.

4. Partial shipments are available upon request for customers in the US. This means that the non-custom items in your order can ship out separately before your custom piece finishes, if you would like to do so, at no charge to you. Do this by checking the box inside your cart drawer.

5. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
