I am to share my honest experience with this watch.
When I tried to wear it for the first time, the metal clasp hardware came off.
I attempted to reattach it, but it detached again immediately.
As a result, I am unable to wear the watch even once.
What makes this especially confusing is that the watch broke before any actual use.
I have owned watches at different price points, including inexpensive ones, and I have never experienced a failure like this before using the product.
I like the design of the watch, but unfortunately, the quality does not feel aligned with the price.
The overall construction, particularly the strap hardware, feels unreliable.
Separately from this issue, I recently had an extended exchange with Nominal’s customer support regarding a different matter.
That experience required far more time and effort than expected and did not feel professional or efficient.
Because of that, the thought of going through another support process just to request an exchange feels exhausting, and at the moment, I do not feel motivated to pursue it.
Given this experience, it is difficult for me to see real value in the “Lifetime Warranty,” as customer service and product reliability are closely connected.
I truly appreciate Nominal’s mission and the work you support, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.
At this point, I do not expect to make further purchases.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe the brand and its mission deserve…
I've been looking for a watch as a staple piece - any outfit or occasion - and this is it! Well-made, beautiful, and fits well. It's comfortable, and the face size makes it easy to read. Great classic piece.
