I ordered a name plate when it came in the mail it was not what I paid for so another necklace was sent out and it looks like it’s for a baby still not what I wanted .. I was told about this from a friend her necklace is beautiful.. but when it came to me the ball was dropped and now they aren’t making name plates at the moment so not I won’t be ordering again.

This takes much longer than the 3-5 days you acknowledge in the check box above. I understand it’s the timeframe to engrave before ship but it’s been over 10 business days and it still hasn’t shipped. I planned for slippage and still no luck on receiving the item before the day I needed it. Unfortunate.

Absolutely. We only use real gold plating on all of our gold pieces. Underneath, we use pure stainless steel so that you can wear this piece around water and sweat and never worry about any fading or tarnishing.
Our Rose Gold pieces have the same pure stainless steel base, and are coated with real gold, but blended with copper to achieve its gorgeous rose-colored hue.
Our Silver pieces are also made from pure stainless steel, and simply polished for that beautiful lifelong shine.
Men's pieces are all made with pure stainless steel for the same waterproof & sweatproof promise.
It's simple -- if you don't like your piece for any reason, you have 100 days to send it back for a full refund. Period. In the US, we'll even pay for your return label. Start your self-serve return right here and we'll take care of the rest.
Absolutely. We cover every single piece we sell with a Lifetime Warranty against any rust or tarnish, with the exception of watches & our fine jewelry collection which contain a different warranty. Read above in the Materials & Warranty section to find exact details.
For standard jewelry, if you ever experience any fading on your jewelry, just e-mail us a photo and we'll get you taken care of.
By default, our women's chains are made with a 16" chain with a built-in 6" extender for a total of 22 inches. This excludes chokers & custom pieces.
Men's necklaces are typically made on a 23" chain.
