      Bar necklace broke on first wear

      I got the 4 Qul necklace in rose gold and the chain broke the first time I wore it. I reached out to nominal and they said their lifetime warranty doesn't apply somehow?? Unsure what the lifetime warranty is for if it doesn't cover things like this. Clearly the chain is too weak. I've had great experiences with nominal before but was particularly disappointed with this necklace. Other necklaces have better chains on them.
