We wanted to provide you with a few updates on how we're navigating COVID-19.
Everyone's health and safety is of utmost importance and we are following all health protocols recommended by the CDC.
Our fulfillment team conducts a thorough sanitization of the fulfillment center twice a day. Our fulfillment center will remain operational on a solo, rotational basis, sanitizing at the start and end of each rotation.
All of our pieces are sanitized and pre-packed, with the exception of your custom pieces, which will be sanitized and handled with care before packing and shipping.
All emails will still be responded to within 24-48 hours. All worldwide orders will still be fulfilled within 24 hours.
To make things easier, we've temporarily extended our return and exchange policy to accommodate quarantine restrictions.
We thank you in advance for any and all the support you, the Nominal Family, have shown during these uncertain times. This is a small independent business, founded by a husband-and-wife team, and not a massive corporation. This means we don't possess the same resources, such as emergency funds or multiple streams of income, so we ask you to support and purchase from those businesses that motivate and inspire you, even if it isn't necessarily Nominal. Those dreamers and hard workers count on our collective support to make it through life every day, especially in tough situations like these.

I placed an order on May 28th and still have not recieved my order. I contacted a few times and was told that it would be shipped out in next 10 days and that there’s a delay. Now it’s been an additional 2 weeks now and when I go to track my order it tells me that order cannot be found. This is very disappointing to get the run around. If it cannot vee made and shipped just simply state that.
