I usually get the normal pouch for nominal orders which is great quality and feels worth the money. The pouch I got given this in was absolutely disgusting quality and feels like cheap sh*t. I would expect better quality for a product which is priced over 100£..the delivery time was substantial for something that was not personalised. I have ordered from nominal many times yet this time was so disappointed.
The hoops however were exactly how as shown on the website.

Absolutely. We only use real gold plating on all of our gold pieces. Underneath, we use pure stainless steel so that you can wear this piece around water and sweat and never worry about any fading or tarnishing.
Our Rose Gold pieces have the same pure stainless steel base, and are coated with real gold, but blended with copper to achieve its gorgeous rose-colored hue.
Our Silver pieces are also made from pure stainless steel, and simply polished for that beautiful lifelong shine.
Men's pieces are all made with pure stainless steel for the same waterproof & sweatproof promise.

By default, our women's chains are made with a 16" chain with a built-in 6" extender for a total of 22 inches. This excludes chokers & custom pieces.
Men's necklaces are typically made on a 23" chain.
