Absolutely. Our Fine Jewelry pieces all come with a two-year warranty which covers any manufacturing defects beyond typical wear and tear. While scratches, item loss, and breakage are not covered, please never hesitate to reach out to us so we can make things right.

Your solid gold piece will never tarnish or oxidize. While loss of shine might occur over the years due to normal wear from things such as the direct usage of lotions, perfumes, and other substances, this is not something that our warranty covers. We invite you to instead use warm water and a soft cloth to bring back that gorgeous shine back to life

In the rare instance that an item arrives with a defect such as scratches or any other issues, you have 10 days from the day of delivery to report it.

Because we use solid 14 karat gold, you can wear your piece day in and day out, including in the shower, with never any worries about skin sensitivity or oxidization.

As a precious item, though, this piece deserves the utmost care. This includes avoiding direct application of perfume, lotion, or other household chemicals, removing it before entering chlorine-filled water, and cleaning it periodically.

When storing your solid gold piece, we recommend clasping it shut as if it's being worn, to avoid knots and tangles.

As a reminder, solid gold is not scratch-proof, so be mindful of how your pieces are treated during everyday wear and avoid wearing it during activities that could damage your pieces such as strenuous exercise or other heavy-duty tasks.

Dulling can rarely occur over time but your piece will never fade or tarnish; feel free to use a cloth and warm water on your piece to restore that beautiful shine.
